The nonstick protect the walls of the gastrointestinal tract by preventing harmful bacteria such as H. Pylori from adhering to them and are eliminated from the body in a simple and natural helping in this way, prevent digestive disorders such as stomach ulcers.

Also the stick helps prevent urinary tract infections (UTI), which are becoming more common among women. Almost half of women experience once in their life urinary tract infection, these infections are caused by the bacterium E. Coli in most cases.Cranberry derivatives have shown effective results in the control of urinary tract infections. The observations made so far only allow these substances to accept that acidify the urine based on the elimination of hippuric acid and reduce the ability of E. Urothelium coli to adhere to and penetrate the chorion.

Can be accepted that cranberries may be associated with the antibiotics for a urinary tract infection has been established and persist in their use in the idea of ??reducing infectious recurrences.

For most of these effects, the impact on bacteria was stronger the higher the concentration of cranberry juice or the tannins, suggesting that products and whole cranberry juice that has not been highly diluted may have the effect larger health.

There are steps you can take to buy and prepare what you eat. Here are six steps to protect your family.

1. When you shop for food, buy the meat at the end. Place in plastic bags so they do not drip onto other products. When you get home, refrigerate or place in freezer immediately.

2. Wash fruits and vegetables, scrub with a brush melons under running cold water before cutting.

3. Wash your hands with soap under the faucet with warm water after using the bathroom, changing a baby’s diaper and before preparing food.

4. Wash utensils, cutting boards and hands after coming in contact with raw meat.

5. Do not drink unpasteurized milk or water is not potable. Before taking unpasteurized cider, boil to 160 degrees.

6. Observe the child care workers if they wash their hands after changing a diaper and make sure that posters are alluding to the same posts, check that the diaper changing area is separated from the eating areas. Also, if the entity is inspected by health officials.

In the four years since the outbreak at Jack in the Box, the Federal Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has linked other infections rashes E. coli fruits, vegetables, dry salami, raw milk and unpasteurized apple cider.

Due to the recent recognized source of the deadly bacteria, infection any reports of E. coli are on the rise, according to Dr. David Swerdlow, an epidemiologist at CDC. Children, the elderly and cancer and AIDS patients with compromised immune systems are more vulnerable to poisoning by E. coli. “One of the leading causes of kidney failure in children” – says Swerdlow. How poisoning occurs E. coli that have no relation with meat?

Most of the cases still have their remains in cattle. The bacterium E. coli lives in the intestines of humans and animals. There are several classes of E. coli, some harmful, others not. E. coli O157: H7 is housed in the gastrointestinal tract and feces of cows is not harmful to animals, but the kind that has caused the most deadly outbreaks among humans. Fruits and vegetables can be contaminated with E. coli O157 when they have contact with contaminated manure from cows.

After an outbreak of E. coli in Montana in 1995, it was thought that the main cause was infected lettuce. The state epidemiologist speculated that the lettuce was fertilized with contaminated manure or irrigated with contaminated water was a pond which drains a pasture of cattle. An outbreak in Massachusetts was found in apple cider. State officials believed that cows grazed in the orchard of apples affected, leaving manure infected with E. coli.

People can transmit the infection of E. asimimo coli. The CDC has documented several cases of swimmers in lakes and those who have been poisoned by E. coli because children who defecated in the water. Day care workers who have changed a diaper of an infected child and have not stopped to wash their hands, and give another child a cookie, they may have transmitted the bacteria.

In a report by Government Accountability Project says that unsanitary conditions in slaughterhouses and processing plants increases the risk that humans come into contact with the deadly bacteria E. coli, for example, if the meat in a filthy floor falls to the floor is covered with excrement and blood.

Steve says health responsibilities Drut, executive director of the American Association of Meat Processors, must be shared by all those who handle and prepare the product. “If a restaurant keeps the meat in a freezer is not cold enough, or if the store put raw meat on a slicer and then prepared food such as cheese, or if a consumer goes to the store in time for summer and after sometime place for some time while purchases are in the trunk of the car “- well, he says, everyone needs to do its part.

That begins with recognizing the symptoms and know the nature of the infection. The bacterium E. coli, after being ingested by humans, incubated for three to four days. But symptoms can appear within 24 hours. In about a quarter of the intoxicated, the disease typically ends up with stomach cramps and diarrhea. For others, the bacteria attacks the intestines, causing blood diarea and sometimes vomiting. The infection any E. coli O157 is usually distinguished from other bacterial infections in the absence of fever.
At this stage, the infection of E. coli O157 dignosticada often wrong, doctors treat patients with appendicitis or colitis.

42 States have begun to take steps to protect consumers by requiring that cases of E. coli are reported to the health department, and in some cases inform the public of any rash.

You may get an infection by E. coli to make one of the following:

- Eating beef is not cooked thoroughly, meaning that the inside is pink.
- Drinking contaminated water, or impure
- Drinking unpasteurized milk or raw
- Working with cattle

Patients with peptic ulcer and Hp-positive should be treated with eradication therapy, but is not defined terms should be extended.

All patients with a history of ulcer that make frequent use of antacids need to be identified and treated. It is unknown whether patients without ulcers benefit from antibiotics. Empirical treatment has been suggested for dyspepsia with the goal of curing all patients with ulcer hidden.

In populations with a high incidence of ulcer disease should be cheaper to prescribe antibiotics to all dyspeptic patients with positive HP test all dispéticos investigate to confirm the diagnosis of ulcer. Conclusion:

A current interest is focused on extraintestinal manifestations of infection by Hp such as delay in body growth, iron deficiency anemia, arteriosclerosis, and migraine. These aspects are currently in the field of the controversy.

One aspect of internationally important debate is the extent of Helicobacter pylori infection as a dangerous disease of magnitude to be considered as high in the developed world or to alarming levels in the developing world. The big question at the present time the discussion centers on whether to enter or not mass measures for its eradication, what are the routes of transmission?, Does it contribute to the development of Hp gastric or other conditions may instead pylori infection confer some benefit to infected individuals not yet identified? It will be some years before these questions are fully clarified.

Initially regarded as the gold standard method for confirmation of Helicobacter pylori infection by histological evidence identification and culture from a sample of gastric mucosa obtained by endoscopy. Alternative tests were subsequently developed with the sample comprising the rapid urease test, the reaction of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and molecular typing (PCR-RFLP), but they all have the disadvantage of invasiveness and therefore not apply to healthy carriers, further represent the local result of the stomach sample used and not the entire organ is therefore possible to show false negatives.

The method currently considered as the gold standard is the breath test. The test developed by Graham and Klein in 1987 documented the presence of infection is momentary and quick response to the effects of treatment and reinfection often occurs. The Hp produces urease, an enzyme absent in the digestive high. Thus the urea supply to a patient and measuring the excretion of the isotope by the exhaled air 30 min after ingestion, can diagnose the infection by this bacterium. Unlike other methods, a positive result with a breath test is confirmatory of contamination.A modification of this method has been proposed by the Radioisotope Laboratory of the University of Buenos Aires, which comes bundled urea solution that is not absorbed in the digestive tract. This allows visualization of colloid solution of urea within the gastrointestinal tract using a gamma camera, which allows you to locate exactly the site where it is occurring as a result of hydrolysis of urea by the Hp. This combination of breath test and shift the display of intragastric possible to raise the sensitivity of the method to 98% and specificity 96%.

The HP is currently proposed as the cause of development of vitamin B12 deficiency in adults. The mere elimination of this bacterium is able to correct levels of vitamin B12 and anemia.

Helicobacter pylori and migraine

Migraine has been associated with disorders of vascular tone. HP has typically been associated with vascular functional disorders such as Raynaud’s phenomenon. HP infection is often diagnosed in patients with migraine and the eradication of the infection produces a significant reduction in seizure frequency, reduction of vasoactive substances produced during infection is postulated to be the pathogenic factor.Risk factor for cardiovascular disease?

Hp infection has been associated with risk, up to 2 times more cardiovascular disease. The association is independent of other factors such as smoking, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Despite conflicting reports, Hp infection has been associated in prospective studies with myocardial infarction and coronary heart disease. In diabetics, the presence of Hp in the gastrointestinal tract is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke.

One hypothesis focuses on the modification of lipid metabolism. Detected an association between the presence of Hp and an elevated serum triglycerides and lower HDL-cholesterol. Chronic infection with Hp, accompanied by persistent inflammation of the gastric mucosa, increases the concentration of acute phase proteins such as fibrinogen and sialic acid, which are predictors of coronary heart disease.

Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection is widespread, its prevalence worldwide is 30 to 50%. There is an inverse relationship between the degree of infection with this bacterium and the socioeconomic status of the region.

In developed countries, infection with this pathogen is rare in children and increases gradually as a function of age, reaching levels of 30% infestation at 30 to old value remains constant at older ages. In developing countries, most of its inhabitants are infected regardless of age, reaching this infestation to near 70%.

The presence of Hp in the gastrointestinal tract is invariably accompanied by manifestations of gastritis and general antibiotic therapy to eradicate the organism are now the effective procedure in the therapy of peptic ulcer.

The association between Hp infestation and gastroduodenal cancer is so close that in 1994 the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified as WHO class I carcinogen in the causative agents. The eradication of Hp also significantly reduces gastrointestinal tract recurrences in gastroduodenal ulcers. The prevalence of Hp infection is more than 2 times higher (odds ratio 2.4) in children of mothers with a history of duodenal or peptic ulcers than in healthy mothers. The transmission is fully justified by the frequency of reporting a higher prevalence of infection in children of infected parents.

It is known that bacteria infestation usually occurs during childhood and its clinical picture is characterized by abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting mucus and malaise.

The clinical picture may be extended one week after the symptoms which disappear permanently. This infectious disease, like many others, may be asymptomatic in up to 50% of adults. Once the bacteria colonize the human gastrointestinal tract can occur within weeks or months, a chronic superficial gastritis, which the passage of several years or even decades, can develop into peptic ulcer or gastric adenocarcinoma.

And stress ulcer

There is little empirical evidence on a possible relationship between psychological stress and pollution by Hp, and these are limited to studies of psychological stress in patients of gastroenterology.

The relationships between many of the classic factors contributing to the development of peptic ulcers and pollution by Hp have been studied and no relationship has been found for the consumption of alcohol, snuff, nonsteroidal antinflamarorios. However, stress can facilitate the evolution of Helicobacter pylori infection to an ulcer of gastric hyperacidity, stress can reduce the defenses of the stomach mucosa Hp invasion by contributing factors such as smoking, or even gastric hyperacidity induced by stress may promote colonization of the duodenum Hp by neutralizing the inhibitory effect of bile.

Helicobacter pylori (Hp) was initially observed in patients with gastritis, but since its discovery has been associated not only with the condition, but also with peptic ulcer, gastric lymphomas and adenocarcinomas. In developing countries are estimated figures are alarming pollution. The most likely route of contamination is oral and is credited with a key role to contaminated drinking water.Gastric manifestations are more evident in the infestation by this bacterium and there is a great contradiction to the fact that a pathogenic bacterium accept infects humans throughout their lives without this having any consequences other than domestic-related gastric disorders. One possible hypothesis about sequels not yet described the presence of this gastric bacterium refers to the possible interference with the absorption and utilization of B vitamins involved in homocysteine ??metabolism, which would generate a sustained increase in blood levels and involvement of vascular endothelium. In this way there would be an amazing first and entry point for a discussion that is not uncommon in the current literature and the focus is infectious causal agent of atherosclerosis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, chronic diseases top the list of mortality.

The therapeutic ways of existing Hp eradication are increasingly becoming less reliable because of its ineffectiveness, adverse reactions, high cost or the appearance of strains resistant to antibiotics. New strategies are focused on the use of antigens combined with adjuvants Hp attenuated Salmonella strains that can generate sufficient levels of antibodies. This sort out exactly which presupposes the circulating strain on which to focus on vaccine development.

Inflammation of the fallopian tubes occurs primarily in women who are sexually active.
The risk is mainly among women with a spiral.

The second attack Bisasanya inflammation of the fallopian tubes.
The infection can lead to the abdominal cavity and peritonitis.

Cause

The inflammation is usually caused by a bacterial infection bacteria in the vagina and go in the uterus and fallopian tubes.
PID is 90-95% of cases caused by bacteria that also causes the appearance of sexually transmitted diseases (such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, mycoplasma, staphylococci, streptococci).

These infections rarely occur before the first cycle, after menopause or during pregnancy.
The main transmission through sexual contact, but the bacteria, the body after gynecological content (eg, installation of spirals, birth, miscarriage, abortion, and endometrial biopsy in force).

Other causes are less common:
- Aktinomikosis (bacterial)
- Skistosomiasis (parasitic infection)
- TB
- Inkjet special X-ray-ray examination.

Risk factors of EPI:
- Sexual activity during adolescence
- Sex partners Going
Ever had PID #
- The risk of sexually transmitted infections
- The use of contraception is not an obstacle.

Symptoms

Symptoms usually occur immediately after the menstrual cycle.
The patient had abdominal pain worsened and was accompanied by nausea or vomiting.

In general, the infection block the fallopian tubes. Can swollen and clogged pipes filled with liquid. Therefore, may present with chronic pain, irregular bleeding and periods of infertility.
The infection can affect the surrounding structures, reducing the formation of fibrous scar tissue and abnormal perlengketan between abdominal organs and cause chronic pain.

In May tube, ovary or pelvis is an abscess (pus).
If the explosions and the abscess of pus in the pelvis, the symptoms worsen and the patient may suffer a shock.
Of the possible spread of infection in the bloodstream causing sepsis.

Other symptoms may be found in the PID:
- Of the vaginal fluid color, texture and smell of the abnormal
- Fever
- The irregular menstrual bleeding or spotting (red dots in underwear
- A cause of menstrual disorders
- The pain during intercourse
- Bleeding after intercourse
- Back
- Fatigue
- Decreased appetite
- Frequent urination
- Pain when urinating.

Diagnosis

Diagnosis is based on symptoms and physical findings.
Played touch the abdominal and pelvic area.

Other tests routinely performed:
- Complete blood test
- Test cervical fluid
- Kuldosentesis
- Laparoscopy
- Pelvic USG.

TREATMENT

PID without complications can be treated with antibiotics and patients should not be treated.

In the case of complications or the spread of infection, the patient should be hospitalized.
Antibiotics, intravenously (administered through the blood vessels) and is administered orally) (through the mouth.
If no response to antibiotic treatment, surgery may be performed.
The patient’s sexual partner should also undergo the same treatment and during treatment if you have no relationship, couples should use condoms to patients.
