Overcoming CrisisSometimes, it may take several days, weeks, even months, to increase confidence. However, if we consistently apply the way, eventually you will find yourself a new, more powerful, and are more confident!

Rather than confine themselves, reluctant to meet people, or smoking without stopping, start to use new techniques that can increase your confidence. Let’s see one by one.

* Note Daily
Writing every day makes you self-reflection every day. Daily reflection can help reinforce what you know, what you learned, and what still needs your attention.

* Show gratitude
Start each day five things that make you feel should be thankful and grateful, and do. This will help you and strengthen feelings of characters that will translate into confidence.

* Use affirmations
Write what you want and how to make it happen in everyday life. For example, “I want more confident every day.” Recite in the mirror, or record your voice. Hear / read again at least once a day.

* Evaluation of the relationship
Did they support you or break you? If in your relationships suffer more, perhaps it’s time to consider whether the relationship should be continued.

* Start a new relationship
