Meditation Is The Perfect Way To Nourish Our Spirit

I do not intend to emulate Buddha (or could) with his holy eightfold path, but try to share knowledge on meditation have been integrated, to me worked.
The first thing we must keep in mind is that we want to achieve with our practice, either relax, grow as people, eliminate your stress or anxiety, if we are clear enough to generate the motivation to practice, when a person feels sick anxious , blocked sees no solution to their problems or create problems if you do not.
Our society suffers from a lack of spiritual encouragement people do not nurture their spirit and therefore are out of balance, well then meditation is the perfect way to nourish our spirit, always meditate on positive and enriching lessons. As comment on another post (that would be good to be referred to see the mechanics of meditation), meditation is not to leave blank mind but focus on an object of contemplation that directs our mind and enrich us, that we get with the various teachings of different traditions, exploring them and taking them to our daily lives to help us improve and be happy and more comprehensive.
As I once read the mind that creates the problem is not the mind to build the solution, so if we change our lives we must change our minds and best way is to meditate.
Throughout this eight-step path I begin today I encourage you to contemplate and meditate on the steps until blended.
The eight steps of the path will not come out publicly in order of importance, because they are eight, but had somehow placing.
Step 1 .- “All people look the same, be happy and avoid suffering.” This at first may be obvious, after working on it can be liberating, this practice helps both on the one hand to call with the other there is no one better or worse than you because we are essentially dominated by the same impulses, and second, dispassionate in the events that happen to us because they are usually random, that is, people do not usually act in a certain way to nag you but because it happily.
To integrate the teaching practice and it is best to relax after (post-meditation), and with a calm mind to think of the text feel really, we are the same and what varies are the ways of seeking happiness and avoid suffering.
Then while meditating imagine as to inspire laden air enters blue light to the heart and when it does comes in the form of beams of light of love for all people.
This practice was very special for me when I was studying in college I felt a little lost so much so that people fleeing, always sat behind me and I started to tremble at the library this practice helped me escape my fear of people and the following year and I changed completely integrated into the first class, I sat talking with everyone and left me the power to scare, just changing the inside can be happy, which is wonderful because the only thing we can change is just that.
Ten Tips to Slow Aging

Ayurveda medicine
Deepak chopra healing system based in Ayurveda medicine. Ayurveda, which originated in India more than 4000 years, in Sanskrit means the science of life. This medicine refers to a holistic view of human beings, where the body and mind are closely related and influence each other. The body is molded from consciousness, as it has enormous potential to produce changes in the body, such as curing diseases and slow aging.
Our current system of life is governed by the grand illusion of matter: we believe this is the only thing that exists and consciousness is a byproduct of it. But this view is based on a sensory interpretation, and it is clear that our physical senses do not allow us to perceive the true nature of reality. Direct contact with the sacred, for example, through meditation or communion with nature, provides the ultimate experience of love as it radiate light and fullness, which transform the body and emotions and therefore the world around us.
