Syphilis is one type of venereal disease which is spread through unsafe sexual contact (not using a condom or with a different partner).

The disease is caused by bacteria. It usually occurs between three weeks to three months after having sex with an infected person. Symptoms of this disease is incurred injury to the skin like a hole in the skin with a higher edge and generally no pain. The wound will usually heal after several weeks but the virus can remain in the body and re-emerged a different place. Can be gradually cured by penicillin. Venereal Diseases

Most STDs can be cured with little risk to health. The exceptions are AIDS and genital herpes.

Venereal disease, also known as Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) are infectious diseases that affect male and female sexual organs. Most of them can be cured without his condition involving damage or injury to health.

The main problem are all those STDs that may pose risks to life or chronic sequelae if not treated in time. Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS), for example, has become a chronic illness (if appropriate treatment is not resulting in death), but has not yet reached a cure.

Genital herpes also carries some risk, it can lead to cervical cancer.

The population sector most affected is the teenager, from early age when they start having sex (or misguided misconception of danger in general) and partner changes of old age (in addition to the new habits: alcohol, nights out, drugs, etc.)..
