The body balance, a sport well-being

The body scales may be classified as mild sports. It was invented by the New Zealand group, The Mills, in 1980. This method of fitness method called The Mills, is in the form of group classes and accompanied by rhythmic music. It has been exported around the world since 1995. This famous mix is designed to reduce your stress, your fatigue, improve your sleep, your tone, flexibility, balance and fight your aching muscles in short, to get a general welfare without practice elite sport.

The body balance is therefore aimed at everyone, both women and men, unless medical opinion contrary to pregnant women, elderly or overweight.

The sessions of body balance is very rhythmic, playful, choreographed and set to music (soft or more toned). To avoid fatigue that is created, the choreography and music are changed every three months.

Generally, the course lasts one hour and is divided into three parts: a warm, some strength training and some relaxation.

The heating part is a good beginning. It consists of breathing exercises, the revival of the body and joints with stretching from head to foot in practice including the “sun salutation” yoga (which is a series of 12 flexion, extension).

The strength training part is to stretch your legs, your hips, your back and abs.

The meeting ends with ten minutes of relaxation for you free of tension.

These different exercises are done barefoot so you have good support and a comfortable fit. Reported that Mills, while developing their method of fitness had the good sense to sell clothes.

The purpose of the body balance is that you become more Zen, you feel a deep well-being, while sculpting your body strong and flexible. You will need 2 to 3 sessions to integrate the method. One to 3 sessions per week are advised to obtain a conclusive result after three months. You can practice body balance in various clubs throughout France. Log into the net to find the fitness center nearest you. You can practice at home, but I suggest you take some courses prior to knowing the movements. Remember the music that is very important.
